I miss those day's as well. I never had a day off in college because I played football while running in indoor and outdoor track. I had to practice four times a day at times because the sports were going simultaneously. My football coach gave me a break for our morning conditioning since I had morning conditioning in track. It hurts like hell but your conditioning was off the charts and injuries rarely occurred.

Coach Mo, is my MVP on the staff..I don’t recall one game in the 4th quarter his guys was tanking because a lack of conditioning..this is why it was so important for CU to have depth this year..for every player regardless of who’s starting work hard an get in the rotation..Coach Mo you the man..MadDog I’m out..great piece..😡🐕‍🦺📺
