For this project, a key goal was not only energy efficiency but also resiliency. This new home is located in a rural area, which means a sometimes unreliable power grid. Combined with soaring energy costs, we looked to combine mixed fuel sources (electrical and propane) to deliver an efficient and reliable energy solution.
