Nice and calm ride of my new Ducati Hypermotard 950, I'm stil in the break-in period so as you may notice I'm not going over 6k rpm and never going full throttle in the first gears. I strongly suggest using earphones or headphones for a better quality sound Soon i will go on nice, curvy and definitely more exciting streets, so stay tuned!!!

Complementi per il video!! Come va questa hyper, sto per portare a casa la 950 sp e volevo sapere da te come impostazione di guida com’è... se troppo schiacciata sull’avantreno o più simil motard. La mia paura che appunto sia troppo sbilanciata sui polsi, ti prego illuminami 🙏🏻😂
Ronchi83 Channel Hei! Grazie per il commento. Stai sereno la moto è una favola, l’impostazione di guida è sportiva ma comoda. Grazie alla sella lunga e alla snellezza della seduta ti consente di cambiare posizione facilmente a seconda del tipo di guida che preferisci al momento. Certo in base alla posizione puoi stare più o meno caricato sui polsi, ma considera che il busto lo si tiene parecchio eretto di conseguenza non vai a caricare molto sul manubrio. Non essendoci il serbatoio a frenarti, quando stacchi forte lavori ovviamente molto in spinta sulle manopole, ma questa fisicità richiesta nella guida sportiva dell’Hyper é una delle sue caratteristiche più belle. Auguri per la moto e buona strada!!

Neil Armstrong I haven’t tried the SP version. If I do it I may make a video about it. However I can honestly say that suspensions on my version are great 👍🏼

Keeping it under a certain RPM isn’t good for running in .. it should experience every single RPM it would hit in real life too, but only for a short amount of time obviously. It shouldn’t get too hot in the first 400km, but it needs some high RPM to make sure the piston expands enough, that way the bike will consume less oil during it’s lifetime.
No, you’re mistaken. FortNine gives a very thorough explanation about breaking a bike in and the whys and wherefores. Bottom line definitely do not”baby” it or lug it. Drive it moderately aggressively for short distances but stay away from redline and stop and let the motor cool down from time to time. While I’ve heard FortNine’s explanation and advice from others I respect his explanation and visuals helped me to understand the reasons for break-in much better. My 2020 950 SP is running great and will for a long time bc I broke it in right.
Hey man. What are you`re thoughts on the KTM Duke 390 vs the Honda CB 500F? In terms of power, sound, ride quality etc. About to buy a new motorcycle and could use some good tips would come in handy. Great riding btw ;-) Thanks!
Does it feel intimidating after the cb500f?
Hi Ninja Penguin! I would say exciting instead of intimidating. Surely has waaay more power and torque than the CB500F. But thanks to its intuitiveness and setting you become immediately familiar with the bike. However at the end of the day it depends on your personal experience, if you jump directly from 50HP to a Ducati twin with more than 110Hp the bike probably would feel intimidating in the first rides. It just takes practice!

stuka101 Hi, yes so far I’m really enjoying this bike! it’s lot of fun, has plenty of torque and power already at low rpm. Moreover thanks to the big dimensions is comfortable, the setting on the bike is lovely. Anyway I haven’t exploit all the enormous potential of the Ducati. I can tell you more in the next months! Ninja Penguin I would choose my Honda because is more complete. Is bigger and more comfortable, has a bigger engine and it’s a two cylinders. so it’s better for trips and long distance ride. The KTM duke 390 is lighter and may be funnier in city use and in little track. So it depend’s on your priorities. I like riding for plenty of kms and travel by my bike, so I prefer my Honda Thanks for the comment 😃👍🏻

Sono indeciso se prendere questa CB500F oppure la CB500X, sara' la mia prima moto e non so ancora quali siano effettivamente le mie esigenze...forse una ''adventure'' e' meglio di una ''stradale'' all'inizio ?
ciao! sia la stradale che l'adventure sono due modelli che ti permettono di girare comodamente nelle più disparate situazioni. la F e la X sono entrambe adatte per i neofiti. Non ho mai provato la X, ma indubbiamente è una versione della cb500 più adatta per chi macina molti km, passa molto tempo in sella e fa un uso della moto prevalentemente extraurbano. La F è una naked piccola, agile e molto molto divertente. Adatta al misto stretto e per l'uso quotidiano in città. Nonostante non abbia le caratteristiche da perfetta adventure si rivela comunque comoda nei viaggi e nelle lunghe tratte, ho sostenuto un Milano-Bari, oltre 1000 km in sella, in una sola giornata e altri lunghi viaggi e uscite. sono assolutamente soddisfatto del mezzo. Ho però un pò sofferto la scarsa protezione dall'aria. Dunque se cerchi una moto valida a 360 gradi, posso mettere la mia firma sulla CB500F, che personalmente reputo anche la più bella esteticamente tra le sorelle CB. se cerchi la compagna perfetta per lunghi viaggi ti consiglierei però la X. se hai altre domande non esitare a chiedere :) AmenduniMM

Ciclisticamnete la mia mi ha subito dato più sicurezza rispetto alla DUKE che non mi ha trasmesso un grande feeling con l’anteriore. Il motore del Ktm è un 400 monocilindrico, risponde bene ai bassi ed è molto scattante. La mia è un 470 bicilindrico, un po’ vuota ai bassi, ma se si tiene in coppia è più potente ed oltre i 100 km/h è decisamente più forte. Per un’uscita ed un viaggio preferisco indubbiamente la mia moto, più comoda, più adatta alle lunghe percorrenze e più veloce. Per un uso prettamente cittadino e/o misto stretto la Ktm può divertire di più per la sua natura scattante e leggera. Grazie per la visualizzazione ed il commento👍🏻👍🏻

How did you shift and what gear where you on when you floored it because my best time on cb500 is 6 second
lucas brazelian shifting fast is fundamental to go fast and save time, Another aspect that made my launch very fast is playing well with gas and clutch at the start You just have to practice man!

Engraçado.. marquei aqui 6,2 sec no cronómetro, isso sem tirar o erro de painel, então podemos jogar por alto 6,7 sec no 0 a 100.
A moto começa a se mexer em 17s alto, e chega a 100 em 22s. Não passa de 5,5s.
