Well the Beano is Britain's number 1 comic.
excellent where did you get the air horn?
@junglechuck good question, I can't remember now but usually end up either on amazon or Ebay for project stuff
I have just had a punch bag hung on an outside brick wall. Can you please suggest something to put on the wall to stop the bag getting damaged
Theres was also Kronoform by Takara
I believe Armitron is the other brand I did have one was blue
Where did you buybthe bracket
Stores should have staff assigned and trained to take in deliveries and loads the trailers especially when multi drop is concerned. Hgv driver already have enough on their plate with the high level on concentration when driving such large vehicles let a line having to over work themselves more imo
Love this guy's voice. Proper strong.
Amazon trunking is the easiest and the worst paid plus you have to deal with the smooth brain types that work there
Namaskar : price too high...
Hermosa pieza.
The Q bikes but I forget the name of the baddie in the gimp suite on a motorcycle .Anyone remember ?
How did you like the volumes beyond the Goscinny ones?
I enjoyed them all. Though Reading them back as an adult, I perhaps enjoyed them less than I did as a child
@@myrandomhobbies1099 What about the Goscinny ones? Do you still like them as an adult?
I’d like to meet the sh*thead that designed this.
Liked both equally, but you couldn't go wrong with The Victor.
Beano has completely lost all character!
I loved this comic
Hiya mate, how do you protect the bag from scraping the brick wall and over time the bag getring damaged
You really have to be hitting/kicking the bag really hard towards the base to make it swing and scrape on the wall. As for protecting the bag over time, it gets taken off the bracket and stored in the garage so weathering does not effect it. Has lasted years
Those multibricks have been the best idea of the company.
there is 13 now in amazon
In class 2 Frozen store delivery is hard job most store workers are not insured to lift deliveries so as a driver you have to take your deliveries into stores, downstairs or upstairs which is hard because of the frozen products weights more
All the jobs still involves driving hundreds of miles everyday so it’s still the same
I like the 80s design of Dennis a lot. He looked bigger, tougher, older, and more menacing than the modern 10-year-old Dennis with his big shoulders and heavy boots
What size is the screwdriver?
Most stressful night for me so far was first night in a curtain side artic, sent to Palletforce Burton-on-Trent. Didnt know how the trailor curtains worked, had to park in a waiting bay not wide enough to fully open cab doors, with curtains bunched at the rear making visibilty zero... And a queue of about 15 trucks waiting to pass! Head melted! I fell apart. Luckily another driver came and offered to park it for me, Id only been driving about 3months! NEVER BE AFRAID TO ASK FOR HELP WITH SPOTTING OR IF REAL DESPERATE ASK A SHUNTER OR ANOTHER DRIVER TO EITHER DIRECT, OR DRIVE!
Use the air suspensions when coupling up! As soon as the fifth wheel is under the trailor, lift the rear tractor axle all the way up before you engage the pin. Same for dropping, wind the legs down, once disengaged from kingpin, drop the suspension all the way down so the trailor goes on its legs and doesnt drop on the rear wheel arches. Tip. Practice your blindsides in the base yard while theres nobody watching, just keep jumping out to look if you're not sure... If in doubt - get out!
Your asking which one is your favorite?
Can you pleaseeeee tellme something about this weekly world news paper l...i cant find anything about it on internet please..alot of people say tuat its fake and a controversial news paper some say that there is a little bit truthfulness in its stories..please please tell me about it
Good advice 👍Thanks
I’ve probably got that Beano. I have every copy from 1986 - 1992
How is pushing an agenda a 'good thing'
My guess is you don't consider promoting equality and diversity as a good thing. It is, however, an important aspect of education for our children today who are growing up in a very diverse world. Times change
Ok your. Car is hot and you eating tangfastics
The Beano's formula was naughty kids trying to get away with things and often being slippered by their dad in the last frame. No slippering now. Dennis, Minnie, Roger and the Bash Street Kids were all of that ilk. Dandy was more fantasy. Super-strong cowboy. Peter's Pocket Grandpa (a Gypsy - yes! - put a curse on grandpa and shrank him to six inches), Jack Silver, Brassneck and then there was the interminable Black Bob. The Dandy didn't change as much as the Beano probably because its first editor, Albert Barnes, began on issue one in 1937 and didn't retire until 1982.
Reading some older comics recently and those slipperings were vicious
May I ask what kind of glue of welding technic you use?
I just use a basic super glue. For my purposes it is strong enough. I have looked for a more permanent weld technique but can't find anything suitable for the small parts
Thank. I will give it a try.
Growing up I read the Beano more then the Dandy I did read the Dandy sometimes and always found it really weird compared to the Beano.
The Beano today is very different. I just bought the 85th anniversary edition and am sad to report the content was not good
I was the same, The Dandy just felt off compared to the Beano
Cheers very helpful
Glad it was useful
I can’t lie I wasn’t imaging this while eating these right now but sure 😟
Same here I always have thoughts in my head me buying. Them at my college canteen
My old man used to say the hard hat is so they have a dental record to find out who you are lol
😂 that makes sense
Beano was definitely better. I was a member of both the pie eaters club and the fang club tho
Ah lol- I was with you on the Dandy, up until the Jocks and the Geordies- they were actually before my time, but in some of these flashback books and comics, I liked them
I didn't mind the Snobs and the Slobs (like above, they were before my time)- and I liked Bully Beef and Chips, although, I think the difference with it and Dennis the Menace was that Beefy wasn't meant to be likeable, and Chips was, whereas on the whole, I felt like it was the opposite with Dennis and Walter
I agree with most of this (up to 3:43)- but I liked Billy Whizz and I didn't like Calamity James, because I felt bad for him really
And I didn't like Babyface Finlayson at all
Calamity James was a miserable read sometimes, the art was so gross looking and the poor kid had such a hard time
@@theashtubereviews Yeah, exactly
Beano is woke as hell, now
I recently started a job as new driver doing walking floors, great money and easy as the does the work.
Still Driving ?
Yes, but have swapped the truck for a van for now. I found the pay similar around where I am (in fact I can earn more in the van due to non tacho regs). I will try to keep my hand in on the trucks every now and then
What depth did you drill the 14mm hole?
I place the rawl plug alongside the drill bit and place some masking tape on the drill bit as an indicator for depth. This was about 2 inches deep though
Thank you for posting this video, still an incredibly tough job to find the wing nut! Still, I now have a functioning brake light, team work makes the dream work 😂
I am pleased that this helped 😁 (and yes, that wing nut is a pain to get to)
Blimey..I go back to the 70s
The Beano just isn't what it used to be anymore.
I agree... but then again, I am 30+ years older now 🤣
Nice honest Vlog cheers
My old man drives a special kind of tipper known as a Bulk Blower which yes it tips but rather than it all coming out the back door, it blows out through pipes, so the job is delivering animal feed to farms down tight lanes so I'd consider that to be a difficult one, sometimes you'll have upwards of 5 pipes to use to connect to a feed bin
That does sound tough
