Late to this party, 03MAR24. In my youth I had a Standard Twin that was converted to a 4wheel ride on. I cut my teeth on it. If I may, I'd offer that mine worked well with chains on the tires. And my moldboard plow had a coulter wheel on it so it left a very "pretty" land side of the furrow. And Also Too; if I may: That's a pretty big field for a Standard Twin 2 wheel tractor. But, plowing is one of my most favorite jobs to do. PERIOD. Thank you for posting a piece of my past. ben/ michigan
Dad had the same set up. It was a beast for gardens.
nice car, i have one pontiac between 29and 32, is model 6 coupe and i dont know wher to see info about the engine to restorate. thanks in advance
What information are you looking for,I have a 1930 model, , could probably help you.
Only resto mistake I see is the light-colored wooden steering wheel rim. These were always japanned (a quick application of black stain) from the factory.
Really nice car! Thanks for sharing!
Now these washers really cleaned clothes and the extraction to spin out got the clothes just about damp and into the drier with less time drying than what is made now
Nice job
I have boxes of spare parts with mine brushes ect . Haven't run it in years . Had it about 40 years . Nice be careful it can kill you .
Do you still on this engine
Very nice unit looks to be in excellent condition
Any chance this is for sale? I had one about 25 years ago and regret ever selling it!
great tractors put ih on map i,m building a collection
How would you replace the fan belt
Hey I used those old tractors when I was younger. They were a lot stronger tractor than people would think. They also had amazing traction.😊
Amazing! Load sensing, and automatically starts and shuts down without a single microchip or board! To kids today it would be mind blowing, we had this kind of technology back in the 1920s and 30s! Awesome to see her up and sounding so healthy!
Sweet music to the ear!
I'm a little late on this but what is the spark plug size. I just picked one up for free and am looking to restore it over the winter.
How wide of a mower is that? I run a 6ft farm king finish mower on the back of my 39
Absolutely awesome
Awesome Car!!
This engine looks like mine
Love that old Johny popper ! It looks just like the one I grew up with it was my grandfather's and the first thing I ever drove at 5 years old . I miss him and that old tractor very much wish I could have kept it ! Some where in Michigan it's still alive I been told . Nothing to me beats the sound of that old tractor I will never forget it ! Thumbs up totally !
looks amazing!
any chance I could get the dimensions and some pictures of the fuel tank? mine is missing, believe it was hooked to a bulk tank.
I just purchased one of these and would love to know how to get parts. I need starter, fuel pump, and carberator.
Much would you take for it
How
Where did you get parts for the mag bc I as well haves splitdorf but can’t find parts for it
Great pc. and love the engine

Eine Waschmaschine mit Benzinmotor 👍🏻. Bis eben wusste ich nicht , daß es sowas mal gab.
Fuller & Johnson was ahead of their time with the design of these light plants. There are many details in their construction which wouldn't show up in other light plants until several years later, such as the elimination of the front crank bearing and integration of the governor and oil pump drive into the front housing to save space. The fuel pump is even built-in to the carburetor.
Looking good, I'm restoring my H also. 👍
Very nice.
I love your 140. I have a '67 Farmall 140, also with a Woods L59. I'm in the process of replacing the water pump (a lot of seized bolts) and wiring. I bent up the Woods deck on a hidden locust root but managed to press it back into working order. I love the 140!
To my knowledge convertible twins were. Made post war & that carb is way older than ur machine. That style was used on early single cylinder tractors.
My family had a few of these ZXB engines bought as military surplus and used to drive grain augers in Australia, they are the most beautiful smooth running and torquey engine, could sit for years and pump the primer lever on the fuel pump a few times and half a turn of the crank handle and off they go.
Beautiful car. Thanks for sharing. You guys helped me long ago with a Delco light plant. Still a work in (glacial) progress.
Just imagine if Maytag had of put a little rad and fan on it and inclosed the motor with removable sides how much quieter it would be lol
when washing machines needed regular oil changes
How’s the power out of this unit and fuel consumption ?
It's nice to see you have a purpose for your B 😉

Hi, I just acquired a 6005. It has no spark, so I pulled the head shroud. Mice have ate through all the wires. I don’t know where the spark plug magneto, and governor wires go. I can’t find a manual anywhere. Can you help me out?
