This is the first hunter build I ever used. It did indeed make me a hunter main, and I have never had this much fun in Destiny since this V2 version released

Why dawn chorus if you aren't using dawnblade? The scorch damage increase is also negligible with so many ignitions happening, as are the melee energy gains, which does no justice with how dangerous it is to use incinerator snap without song of flame. So why not starfire or battle harmony? Verity's brow even? I like dawn chorus, but you're barely taking advantage of it.

Just solo'd this myself this morning, first try. Speaker's Sight, Song of Flame, The Call, Nullify, Dragon's Breath. Easy breezy but also yes: it is the easiest GM.

They have updated the Exotic mission. The Red wall have beams and enemies are stronger.

You don’t need Spark Of Shock since the artifact perk “Shock & Awe” can jolt with any source of arc, including your grenades. You said yourself, you’re always amplified so that’s a waste of a slow. And it hurts you more actually since you lose -20 discipline. Swap that one out.

Stupidly deleted my aggressive arc conductor ergo a few days ago because i prefer the wave frame, but think i can still make this work i just have to start with my sword heavy rather than finish with it 🤔

This build only works with AD dense solo activities....

I don't play hunter, but I have to admit, this looks incredibly fun!! This combination is perfect!!

What about using buried bloodline to get devour first, and use your grenade to spread jolt. With devour you can get grenade pretty fast too

Ive tried lots of builds with my hunter this season and so far this is the only one that I really like. I can actually stay alive through a whole strike lol and i'm now getting more kills then the people i'm running with. I don't have 100 discipline but I do have 80 something mobility to get my class ability back faster and 100 res to.

The only thing arc was missing for me was survivability. Prismatic immediately fixed it. Lightning surge plus devour? Been rocking the delicate tomb fusion rifle, crown of tempests, and stormtrance. Triple melee charge, storm grenade. It’s awesome being a lightning menace and just never dying because devour.
