I believe you would want the Hud mods so the main ones I use are a combination of VanillaHudPlus, Extra Heist Info, HopHud, Poco Hud, and if you want to know the intro mod for the beginning of the heist its introcinematics.

Yes cloakers are kinda annoying but from a gameplay perspective their really important, They make me think of suicide grunts in halo, they try to cause problems before the inevitably die. The addition of cloakers also encourages teams to stay together and work together. Without cloakers to keep you in check the 100,000+ hours dodge build user can just leave the team behind with a much easier time, but if you add cloakers to the mix it makes it much more dangerous to leave your team behind like that
Yeah but the issue I have is when playing solo the bot teamates barely help when I get attacked or they even take a while to finally kill the cloaker so most the time I just get stuck with a cloaker on me

they are a bit more aggressive compared to pd 2's but that is only because of the thing that @antynomity mentioned, being the vans, which don't exist other than a sort of similar thing that happens when Captain Winters spawns, where the assault becomes infinite until you either kill him and all of his shield bros around him or kill enough of them for him to back off which causes the assault to go into a "fade" stage and then ends. either way the Cloakers are annoying but are no where near as prevalent as the rest of the enemies in the game, and tend to spawn less in normal conditions (also something about Cloakers is that they have a much higher head-shot multiplier than most enemies in pd2, not sure about pd3 but something to try if you manage to see and flick your aim to their head). TLDR: FBI van - similar to CPT winters, Cloakers rarer in normal play (compared to Inf. assaults) and also in pd2 Cloakers have highest head-shot multiplier so something to try in pd3. have a good day sir.

The only issue with cloakers is that their nightvision screech sound doesn't play, as an enemy they are completely fine. Also the reason he spawned so many time is because FBI vans make most enemies respawn as soon as they die, those include cloakers.

@@bigimp3018 not always, sometimes I legitimately don't get the sound cue so I get kicked out of nowhere and it's frustrating af on overkill

In the description there should be a link to the download, but you might need to copy the name of the lvl and name a file exactly like that and put the original lvl in the folder for it to really work
