Being denied a clean and quick lap by a GT3 RS is actually a pretty common thing. Additionally overtaking on the right is not allowed, that's why i slowed down significantly at Brünnchen. Still lots and lots of fun!

After having severe understeer in right hand corners in the shown lap I noticed a delamination of the left front Dunlop Direzza tire tread. You can also see and hear the loss of traction in many corners. Got away with it this time.

This is a very fast mk5 how much horsepower? The suspension set up is so smooth it doesn’t even look like your going that fast
Thank you! Driving smoothly helps keeping the costs low as well! Never put it on the dyno but should have been around 320 hp at this time
Been looking lately into mk5s as their price is really at the bottom at the moment. Would you consider it nowadays, i am looking to drive it on the track- ring or some other one here in NL? I also see you’rs has been moded a lot, but from budget standpoint is it wise to invest heavy in it or just add suspension and good brakes?

Nice lap! From your experience, which is better for track day mk5 gti or tt mk2/8j?
I don't see major technical differences but in theory the TT should have more potential considering its weight (distribution) and lower center of gravity
DSG for more power imo

Yes it's a GPS but it actually shows exactly the same speed like the speedo. The car has around 330hp but what else do you want to know? Maybe I should just put everything in the video description 😅

fuck looks like a WTCC car xd, did you change the steering ratio? looks like so so precise, i had a Golf MKv ( not Gti) and its steering ratio was awfull, and i was copilot in one GTI and you had to turn a lot of more than you did
