After reading many comments crediting only Kevin for this song, I couldn't help but posting this from Kevin's Q&A session on his blog in 2015: "Avi and I wrote the song "Run To You" around the theme of longing. Everyone yearns for something in their life at one point, whether it’s love, a desire, etc., so we wanted to capture that feeling in "Run To You." So it is Kevin AND Avi'song. I'm pretty much sure having seen an interview of the 5 of them, where Avi said he would cry if he saw a choir doing a cover of this song HE wrote (Kevin composed the melody).

This is what quality sounds like. Avi clearly heard, Kevin noticeably and distinguishably singing, those harmonies, and a respectful audience that didn't squeal even like I did at 3:35 and waited a good couple of enchanted beats at the end before erupting with applause

This is by far their best presentation of this song. Very difficult for me to listen to this without experiencing chills. So sweet and yet so emotionally powerful.

I love love love how mitch's voice rises when he sings the last run like he's losing breath it sounds so gorgeous. Usually when I run I run out of breath too we have so much in common

You can just tell how emotionally invested they are in their craft. That is so tough to see nowadays, and good Lord are they a breath of fresh air in a world of really crappy music. God Bless Pentatonix!
