Hey welcome everyone, Thanks for tuning in! Here’s a short, catch & release of an Ohio river giant! Rebecca & I set out on an adventure with our pup Pepper! We set up on the banks of the Ohio river with live bait! That 30lb flathead took a live bluegil! We fell asleep on the banks! That flat hit early as the sun was coming up! Priceless! You can pay the canoe delivery people, a couple of bucks to access any of their launches, there is a water park system online if you google it with all of the public ramps! When you get around and further south area there tends to be rapids and obstacles you want to watch for! Always wear a life vest and have fun!

Love this lake. Don’t think I’ve ever caught a largemouth except for a baby one panfishing one time 😂😂 I have only been fishing since last summer though and I am 14 so I still have plenty of years to learn the lake and experiment
Yes, it’s a good lake. It’s slowed down in the recent years a little bit. A few reasons they had an algae problem, and the dam is leaking. But that’s awesome man. Keep it up. You’ll learn as you go each and every day. There are still some big bass in there. You can follow me on Facebook as well @ Josh Wheeler you’ll see the big fish! Good luck!
@@fishingwithjoshhh will do! Thank you. Always had good luck with fishing for catfish, crappie and bluegill but other than that it’s definitely slow. Seen the dam a few years ago and got to walk out to an island it was so low one time 🤣 definitely noticed the algae as well. God bless brother.

You all found my fishing hole. I go in at Tusky and dock at Gnaden. I'm not at the end of the vid yet but you go past the waterworks and there's a high embankment on the left. There's a lot of Bass there.

That was a beautiful float. I don't recognize any part of the river, but as long as it is there is still a lot of water that I have not seen. Have you been on any part of the Little Beaver Creek at all? Keep them coming!
Thank you Steve, I figured the thumbnail would give it away with the bridge in the background! I’ve floated almost the entire river at this point! We have yet to try Little Beaver Creek! Thanks I got quite a few more videos. I figured I would keep a few to slowly upload over the winter. I’m also going to try to get some footage over the winter if we get some good ice. @@smyersfishingadventures I feel you there I have quite a few plus we been doing all kinds of fishing, flathead catfishing which I cant record yet at night until I get good lighting and then Muskie along with normal floats it’s been hectic plus Facebook has monetized me and I have been earning money for the last three months on there so I’ve been putting a lot more time in Facebook I became a top 2% digital creator this week! And I’m excited for this warmer weather!

Thanks Steve! Yes Nimisila reservoir is a great lake, but can be very tough! It doesn’t have a whole lot of structure, but it has a lot of grass and sand flats.
