We video and document these trips in our 4x4's enjoy sharing with the world on CZcams and our Facebook page of the same name. As we live in Melbourne, most trips will be in and around our amazing southern state of Victoria. Particularly the Victorian High Country. But trips further afield will happen.

Day Trip to Mt Useful & Mt Selma | July 2024 | #snowoffroad #powdersnow #vhc
Nothing like fresh #powdersnow and massive #snowflakes in a #blizzard in the Victorian High Country (VHC). I took Max for a day trip to Mt Useful and Mt Selma as the forcast was for blizzard conditions to low levels. We had the usual snowman build and snow fight, even though it was one sided. I also brought along our #bordercollie pup for his first trip #offroading. It wont be the last. He had a blast. And so did Max and I.

One of Victorias most iconic tracks, Blue Rag Range Track is a must see when visiting the Victorian High Country. It can be a technical track that challenges most who drive it. On this occassion it was dry and clear visibility, very rocky but plenty of grip. My Hilux has no lockers but 2" lift and 32" A/T's. We tackle the steep and rocky ridge line of Billy Goat Bluff Track followed by all 29 crossings of the Crooked River.
