Lol, Ice water?. Why not design one with copper pipes and freon push mechanism in front of a fan. May design one for r134 freon which is used in cars. One canister costs less than $20 and will run for 3 to 8 years. The small fan shouldn't cost more than $5 a year in electricity cost.

I live in Houston so it gets beyond hot here 🤦🏾‍♀️😮‍💨🥵 I purchased my fur🐾son a cooling mat he's only 6 lb but I got him a large definitely going to take full advantage of it 🤗 under no circumstances he goes outside unless he's in his stroller he's in home trained so I would definitely be using this for a stroller I purchased one where you can add water 🤗
