I would add to research your moving company very carefully. There are many scams out there. People's belongings can get warehoused and then not returned until they pay another exorbitant fee. Also don't leave your valuable items in a bag telling the movers not to move those items. Stay safe.

I haven't read the comments below, so I apologize if someone else mentioned my tips. I recommend putting the dirty baskets if you decide to wash in the bathtub while kneeling beside it. When using a brush it keeps the spatter in the tub instead of the splatters of the brush gets away from you all over the sink area. I also recommend taking your electric sweeper with the brush attachment to remove dust in the cracks a crevices of the basket. This way the dust goes into the vacuum cleaners dust compartment. ❤

In the new home I took sticky notes and labeled rooms (master kids room ect) so people could find which room things went too. I also put sticky notes on the walls to denote where furniture went like couch where the couch went bed where the bed went ect. It really helped me not to have to direct everyone as much and have a million questions of “where do want this?”

Hi Kristi, I hang up my command hooks in advance letting them sit for some time to adhere well, before I put weight on them. I had them coming down before that too.

Lacey and Lilly are so cute. Must be so much fun having them around. Wish was able to get a doggie. Unfortunately work won’t let me. Your hair looks real pretty.
