I disagree with your list. Have you actually been to these places or are you just going by what the media says? I live in Canada and I am beginning to fear the world around me. While I recently went to the Czech Republic and you could walk outside in the middle of the night in Prague and feel very safe. I would do more research.

Sweden is a very dangerous country. A lot of killings and molesting there. Finland is much much safer and it is not mentioned.

Udupi palace isn’t vegan. They have paneer, raita, some dessert, etc which are made out of milk. It’s a vegetarian Indian restaurant. They don’t use meat but do use dairy.
