I think with the addition of a Gyro. It will definitely make this truck more enjoyable.

Although this is a 4s Capable truck, my type of RC'ing for this Truck tends to be in the 2S operation, in which I think longevity should be good.

Truck looks great!! Got my son his a few days ago. Can’t wait to give it to him so he can run it! Great help from Third Coast RC for helping me out on it!

Why u need gyro in 3d plane? Btw do you compare it with cap 232..??

Incase anyone runs into this problem it’s not a “grease shield” or anything like that. The problem is the way they glued the stuffing tube in the hull. The stuffing tube then spins around kinks the flex cable and melts the front of the stuffing tube mount where it holds it in. The black crap all over is the “glue” they used burning and turning black and smoking.

Exactly what happened to mine the day it was released. I just finally fixed it this past week. Horizon didn’t wanna get me the parts to fix it either. Was a total turn off I didn’t even get to run it for 30 seconds.

I have the same problem too! On the first trip. Despite the wave greased, everything is annealed. Will now ask the manufacturer for warranty.

It is now February 2024. I just dropped Red Cat racing because they stop putting parts sheet and break down sheets of their trucks in the boxes. That is just stupid ,you have to have those sheets so you can order a part when you break them out.

After 3 years.. They sell this exact chassis kit with every parts except its electronics for only 70 dollars. Bought mine for 60 dollars off aliexpress.

No one in a video yet has pushed the minus button while charging. It has its own menu. What is Capacity Cut-off? and its on 5000mah. What if im charging 6200mah. How can the cut off be changed?

Overpowered and squirrelly for an unrealistic looking plastic airplane that doesn't act or look like a real scale model of the actual ship. but, then, I'm used to my tissue and sticks rubber powered FAC scale style ships that really look like the real thing and fly the same, too.

Be honest man, you do not sell wheels because as soon as anyone buy one of these the 1st they do is change them out for decent ones. And i snapped a chassis no probs but i did hit a lamp post. Ned to upgrade all 4 drive axles with stainless steel HPI 83 mm i think from memory.
