Taught by Master Hama, a Sixth Degree Black-Belt and Olympic Scholarship Recipient, our classes blend traditional and modern techniques to help students achieve their physical and mental best.
Our services include: Taekwondo Classes for Children, Martial Arts Programs for Adults, Olympic Sparring Training, After School Program for K-8th Graders, Summer Camps for K-8, Belt Tests, Taekwondo Tournaments, Birthday Parties

This past weekend, the Empower Taekwondo black belt family trio, led by Master Hama, brought the spirit of martial arts to the heart of Greenville, NC, with an electrifying Taekwondo demonstration at the Chinese Lunar New Year celebration! 🐉🎉
Our talented students showcased the power, grace, and discipline of Taekwondo, captivating the audience with their precise movements, high-flying kicks, and synchronized forms. It was a performance that not only honored the rich traditions of Taekwondo but also paid homage to the cultural diversity and vibrancy of the Lunar New Year festivities.
Performance by: 6tth-Dan Taekwondo Blackbelt Master Hama, 3rd-Dan Blackbelt, and 2nd-Poom Blackbelt.

Water can be flowing or static like a lake and yet has the power to move and destroy mountains.

This video is mislabeled. It is actually Taegeuk Chil Jang.
Slowwwwwww down those diamond blocks. They are supposed to be 8 seconds apiece, and here they are being finished in 2. The descending 2x arm blocks after the mountain block are also 5 seconds. Other things can be fixed in time, but these the most glaring things. Keep practicing.
