Whether it's mechanics, engineers, publicists, journalists, etc., our aim is to provide you with the content you wouldn't normally see when following racing on TV. Believe it or not, this is the guy I respect in INDYCAR, because he's the statistician for over 100+ years of open wheel history. That's such a tough job to handle. Also first saw him in several "INDYCAR Insider" videos that "The League" produced several years ago

@@humansofracing6514 Oh yeah, between the several sanctioning bodies over the years, it's tough: AAA USAC CART Indy Racing League INDYCAR and you're welcome. I was actually in St. Petersburg, but was too busy working in the corners. I barely had time to track down you, & some of the officials & other people I do know in the series.
@@OzKittyboi That's pretty cool! Unfortunately, I was not at St. Pete. I'm only attending a handful of events this year. I'm a high-school teacher full-time, so it's a bit difficult to get out much during the school year. I'll definitely be at a good number of events in the summer though!
@@humansofracing6514 Sounds pretty noble in what you do for the kids. Florida is sadly my only stop for the series, as I live in South Florida on a volunteer officials budget. I've been to Indianapolis before, but for other sanctioned events, however.

Very cool interviews - both father and son with a rather unique perspective and position in racing. I’ve wondered about the dynamics when it comes to family legacies in this sport. This gave some insight. Thanks for sharing this!
