You might wanna rethink having your SH your battery and the gas next to each other 🔥! Most definitely want to change out that garden hose from the PVC. What goes to your pressure washer you need a suction hose something won’t collapse with a pressure washer sucking the water.

The plaster split line has a bigger orifice. The brass has small, smaller orifice size less flow.

The only thing you need is a fire extinguisher

I truly appreciate you for making this video. I'm a bus driver and now I have dabble in the pressure washing business. I currently wash our school buses. At $75 a bus it's been nice. So far so good. I had issues with my first wash, but now I have figured out faster ways to wash. But I still don't have a trailer or reels or tank. But I'm almost there. Thanks again.

I love it but with a surface cleaner there should not be a blade of grass or weed in the cracks.

I am always angry if its from a church so dont wear a suit. I am afraid of anyone at my door but the second they leave a flyer, I sneak it in the house and read it. I will keep that flyer. Now, if you leave a card or flyer with a quote written on it, you will likely get a call. Dont tell me its time for a pressure wash cause only I can make that decision. Just give a quote and suggest a discount if I do add ons like window washing or house wash. Give me a price on big medium and large windows. Inside windows of course are more. I cant do my windows on the outside especially the top part. That could be included with the house wash, possibly if you quote higher. Just before the holidays is when all Floridians get company, so make a giant Oct push for holiday clean or tell them they could give a friend a gift of a driveway wash or other service.

If you cant do anything else, show before and after. The before and after sells. Direct your YT or make another youtube channel exclusively for potential clients when you knock on doors. That is what I am looking for as a potential client. Seeing that you are good at what you do and you are trustworthy. Be so nice and speak to the client in an upbeat happy successful busy business.

Use a pressure tip and blast that water off the driveway into the yard there is no excuse to not get that off the driveway water will try up and that stretch of driveway will be dirty

Mr Allen i suggest if you will turn all your fittings around to have your ball valve around the other way where the male is rinsing then the female quick connect you will rinse more through but most of all it will not keep blowing rubber rings to replace. I had an issue for a while where I had to keep replacing them because it kept messing them up about every 10 washes . I turned all my ball valves the other way and it hasn’t happened since . Just dropping a little fyi. 👍

I had a ryobi 1.2 and have done 3 houses with just soap and turned out nice. I just purchased a 2.5 gpm 3000 psi for 150.00 new electric. 2 houses later i am purchasing a few extras. I just do the houses because I got bored. Retired and needed something to do. Easy money for fishing and golf.

But if your going down the street and pull over on the right side of the road to be in front of your customer home your reels need to be on the other side. By what I see in this video they are on the left side.

How do you estimate and price your jobs. Asking as a beginner

I would suggest having the hose reels on the passenger side of the trailer/truck. If you cant pull in a driveway and have to park streetside, the reels will always be facing the home without having to park in the oncoming lane. Alternatively, you can always back into a driveway.

Thank you brother for posting this video. I'm definitely going to try your script advice. For the past month and a half, literally I'd knocked on 100 + doors, and put of that hundred and so, I may have spoke to about 4 maybe 5 people. I've taken a break from it because it's so slow now, but I'm going to start going out in the evenings after 3 or 4pm even when it'll be at its hottest, 105 degrees easily. I think I'll get better results, or at least get to speak to more people.

how big is the ladder you have on your trailer?

A tip. If you have a clogged surface tip, carry extra sets that are also pre wrapped with Teflon, so you aren't wasting time cleaning the bad tip out. Just replace it with a good set so you can get back to work as fast as possible. Then, put the bad set in a bag and clean them at home for next time.
