I can't believe how many comments are condoning this behaviour, railway trespass is extremely dangerous for a multitude of reasons. No matter if you can hear the train coming. In the Uk if the driver sees anyone on the tracks it's an automatic emergency brake application and is reported to the signaler so even if you don't die doing your incredible stupid trail walk, you still cause issues for you, your family (if you get hit), the driver and the police.

Obviously the van driver was in the wrong but the speed he was going didn't really endanger the biker, he should've just given him some lip and carried on his business. The resident was class lol, "just getting his number!" 😂
