My throttle cable is sloppy af after installing this, already tried barrel adjusters. Any other tip?
What kind of back fender bar/foot rest do you have?
Is it possible to wire the headlight to the ignition switch so that the light is on constantly while the key is on

Thanks to all the people in the comments here i will not try to install today. Instead i am going to get my can of Kro-oil and chill the rest of the day.
Update. Screw came right out (lazy and let the Krooil sit for two days). Now I have my new bars and extended controls. I feel like a real man braaaping around town on my 110.

It’s not a t40. It’s a 6mm hex bit.

That right throttle cover bolt I soaked it overnight withpanther piss hit it the next day with a hammer three or four times put some good pressure on it it cracked loose

@@g4lines197 the best answer is depending on what u consider “normal” sum people like their clutches setup like that to avoid slip outs and situations where u DONT want to wheelie or whatever the case.. but the solution to your problem brother is to tighten and loosen your clutch until u find a point where ur power band is more early on the release of the clutch, thats how youll know your tuned more towards the powerband side of things, n then boom from there its wheelie central.. be safe My boi🤝🏿💯

Seems pretty long. Are the stock cables not long enough for the tall handle bars? With them being that much longer almost feels like overkill are they even needed
They’re 100% needed it won’t reach your throttle tube without them but you can get shorter ones not all of them are this long
How did you drill the screw out?
Drill out the center with a small drill bit and use an easy out bit to get her out
I envy you my guy! In philippines no more production of cr125. You can only buy 2nd hand but limited and jalopy type.

I cannot figure out how to get this throttle cable to go into the housing the right way. I’ve been dealing with it for hours and i just can’t get it go in right and once it does go in then the housing moves with the tube
Make sure one goes over the top and one goes below, put the nugget thing in the hole and then the cables into the slot. Clamp the housing over them then you should be able to screw it together, make sure it’s completely flush to get it to lock
