I shot this Pleurotus ostreatus video over 3 days using my 80D as a timelapse. These mushrooms were cultivated by The Mushroomery and I grew them in my studio for this purpose. I hope you enjoy the wonderful world of fungi as much as I do.
Birds Nest Fungi

I took the cap off of a little Bird's Nest fungi that I found in the woods. This is growing on a thorny branch and was in a Douglas Fir stand. I was able to see the peridioles after I took off the cap, but they seemed to be under-formed.
Larve on a Clitocybe frangrans mushroom

Autumn collected this specimen of Clitocybe fragrant on January 10, 2020 in a Douglas Fir stand near Sheridan, Oregon. I set up the digital microscope to look at the gills and found a bunch of larvae wiggling away in the gills. The cap of the mushroom is 17mm and this part of the mushroom we are looking at is about 3-4mm. I can't see the larva with my naked eye.

I have too much excess lights, can I just cut it at the copper and it'll be fine? I have to much excess I'm afraid if I cut it the lights might not work

I bought 16ft of this and one piece was having off my scooter but the less still worked even tho it wasn't cut properly only one led didn't work so I cut it off where the line is now my led light is even more brighter!

When your cutting them, **DO NOT HAVE THEM PLUGGED IN**, it can cause flames, or sparks. My friend tested cutting it with them on and her LEDs caught a spark.

i have a question so if i order led lights and the led lights are way longer than my room if i cut them to make them shorter so they fit in my room and to end them do i have to connect them to some sort of thing?
