Lived in Lakewood All my life. I love the walkability, especially at night or around 3am. I love walking to a 24h convenience store to get myself a snack.

Great video. My wife and I loved living in Strongsville from 1995-98. We moved there from Southern California when my company was bought and they offered me a position at their national headquarters in Cleveland. We eventually moved back to California but we often reminded each other of Strongsville and what a pleasant city it is.

That's the problem with Strongsville being 20 minutes or so away from everything....the riff raff! Plus they keep tearing down the green spaces to build more houses. Enough already! They are running Strongsville into the ground. The taxes here are ridiculous.

I was born and raised in Lakewood. Very few renters. Would I move back? Nope! The Shaker Heights taxes are the highest? I beg to differ. Try Strongsville taxes! It used to be a gated community but not anymore.

Hinckley is beautiful BUT, not clevo suburb, the water table is screwed with Sulphur from the geology, and the hills are insane in the winter. I know hinckley lake like my back yard. Been hanging out there my whole life. Medina is Medina County, including brunstucky. Brunstucky was hilljack trash but now it is more endless burbs. You could maybe call that greater clevo. Strongsville is the best in the area. Even property tax is lowest in county because the town is balanced and wealthy.

These cities are not Cleveland. I was expecting you to say "avoid Union/93rd, Miles, Buckeye, Slavic Village, Dennison, 55th, Superior, Downtown, etc.. Basically nowhere is clean and safe in Cleveland. -- 3 generations of my family; and I stayed for 42 years until it became unbearable.

Realtors are pretty much the only people on earth to use the term ‘renters’ as code for “undesirables” without using a pejorative term… The truth is if you’re a renter, Lakewood is a great place to live because those high property taxes are paying for great schools so you get to rent an apartment and your kids have great schools…sorry lady, you’re a bit transparent😂😂😂
