Thabo Khobyane, an inspiration to us all! Despite facing a tough childhood, Thabo turned his struggles into a strength. After his mother's passing, he moved to Soweto to stay with his father, but was eventually taken in by Don Mattera CYCC in Ekurhuleni after a traumatic incident involving his father. With the help of social workers and dedicated educators, Thabo thrived and went on to attend New Nation School and eventually University, thanks in part to the mentorship of his business teacher, Mr Mokhonza. Now 24 years old, Thabo is a qualified teacher himself, sharing his own story of resilience and perseverance with others.
