Here's my personal scenario. Just in case there's anyone in these comments just trying to find any solution to this error message. I work at a school and there was a power surge. When I got to the building all my exhaust fan speed drives had this error. Turns out what happened was the fire alarm system had tripped which shuts off all the exhaust fans. Once I reset that all the 2021s cleared. I'm sure this won't help everyone, but I wish I had known this before I spent hours trying to figure this out.
