Mental health, just like physical health, emotional health, and even spiritual health is a very real and relevant issue. But I have some concerns with all of the "label flinging" especially when it comes to these sensitive topics... I've experienced things that confirmed to me that changes are drastically needed to the mental health care system in the U.S. A message to anyone out there struggling with anything right now... You are definitely not alone. But also trust your heart and trust that even the smallest step can be considered a great accomplishment; It's all about perspective. Just one more day ... Just see what happens. Try your best. Pay no mind to what the naysayers say. This is your life. ~<33 🌹 and it is valuable, because you are unique and one of a kind. God knows this, even if you don't truly believe this right now, and that's okay. This is part of what makes you and I human ---we are always trying to figure things out lol 🙂🙏💜

I used to pay $300 for a medication that was nothing but 1Oz of sugar water called insulin. Rich countries are controlled by pharmaceutical in America low income people are considered dead man walking. We are busy tumbling down other democracies so no money to help our people. Biden sent already 17 Billions of dollar to Israel in order to commit genocide and ethnically cleanse them but no penny to reform mental illness, homeless people or build housing.

Just like the wood artist look how he flourishes...our brains weren't meant for this government run psychological warfare is what it mite as well be. We are in crisis world wide but keep wanting iphones and the next technology keep demanding more of our people than we were meant to be forced and boxed to. We were meant to love and care for one another to create for community. Neurodivergency is a crisis mental health is what comes from boxed in school curriculums abuse to our brains abuse at home from stressed parents forced to 50 hour work weeks to not even survive. God help us all... When will everyone just stop just shut the shit down and stop. It's not a matter of wanting to do better it's capacity its neurological hell caused by man.

It kind of brings me hope but also dread that it will forever be a constant loop of extreme highs and lows.

My father goes out of his way since i was very young to make me feel weak and pathedic because of my diagnosis... once again its gotten the best of me and i just stopped pursuing help.. my case lapsed i just cannot bring myself to get the help i need i cannot stand the feelings of worthlessness. If you are an adult just keep reading and researching the information you need based off your own experiences. Categories of what you are feeling and how often. 1. Angry 2. Sadness 3. Hopeless Once you get familiar with your own experiences you can find the best place for help. The CZcams video titled "Mentality | Mental Health Documentary" sheds light on various aspects of mental health struggles and the challenges individuals face in accessing proper care and support. It explores the physical and mental symptoms of anxiety and mental illness, highlights the stigma surrounding mental health, discusses the experience of seeking help, and emphasizes the need for community support. The documentary emphasizes the importance of early intervention, compassion in psychiatry, and the urgency of prompt action when someone experiences their first episode of mental illness. It also touches on the barriers and challenges individuals face in accessing mental health care, particularly in rural communities, and the disparities in coverage between mental and physical health. Overall, the video advocates for a reformed mental health care system that prioritizes care and support for individuals with mental health challenges. "Mentality | Mental Health Documentary" explores the experiences and challenges faced by individuals in relation to their mental health. The video focuses on the month of October, which brings forth feelings of dread and relapse for some, leading to adjustments in medication and therapy sessions via text. The impact of social distancing on mental health is also highlighted, with the ironic situation of typically encouraging socialization to combat depression and anxiety. One individual shares their haunting experience of traumatic events that occurred in October. As winter approaches, the anticipation of seasonal depression adds to the difficulty. The COVID-19 pandemic has emphasized the need for mental health care and adaptation, leading to online services. This section emphasizes the struggles faced during this challenging month and the importance of support and adaptation. Another section of the documentary reflects on the experiences of homelessness and navigating mental health challenges, as well as the decision to quit medication and the positive changes that resulted from finding a new one. Trauma from witnessing the death of George Floyd and the desire for social justice are also discussed, along with involvement in a group called Social Justice For Us. The importance of prioritizing self-care through activities like cooking and creative endeavors is emphasized, as is the need to take care of vulnerable family members during the pandemic. The individuals in the documentary assert their worth and refuse to be defined solely by their mental health challenges. They express the need for recognition and vow to be seen, heard, and valued. The powerful statement is further highlighted by emotionally impactful accompanying music. The overall message is a call for support, change in attitudes towards mental health, and the encouragement to seek help and prioritize self-care.

A lot of Healthcare professionals in the UK are oblivious to the intricacies of the mind and they stare mental health issues in the face but don't recognise them.. I have been extremely "lucky" - which seems like a ridiculous word to used in coming across an army of emphatic people that peel me off the floor endless times when my depression takes over.. If it was for my GPs I would be spending the rest of my life zonked out on meds .Then one wonders why I am reluctant to ask for help? Because only someone who experienced the same thing can really understand

The selling and marketing is done by a daughterenterprise of perdue, the WHO forces the prescription of the medication. There is no significant scientific reason to prefer prescription of oxycodon. There are other medications which work better. So are they now making people in europe addictive to gain higher profits? Are they killing our people and our kids to make money?
