Since the 1990s, the KLK Group has diversified into resource-based manufacturing and vertically integrated its upstream and downstream businesses. The 1990s also saw the Group capitalising on the strategic location of its land bank in Peninsular Malaysia by branching into property development. Since the dawn of the 21st century, the Group has been in strong consolidation mode, in preparation for bigger leaps into the future.

KLK Plantation Managers' Conference 2023
There are many sayings and quotes that tell of the importance of working together, but none resonated more during the KLK Plantation Managers' Conference 2023 than what Henry Ford (1863-1947) said, "Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success."
Held over a period of four days and three nights in the picturesque Grand Hyatt Bali in Nusa Dua, Indonesia, the conference was unprecedented as this was the first time that it was attended by 460 managers from four different countries.
Living up to its theme, Together We Grow Stronger, the conference is a testament to the power of teamwork - that when people work together, they can achieve anything they put their minds to. It was also a collaborative effort between tow teams working in tandem from two different countries. Leveraging on each other's knowledge, experience, and strength to plan and execute the event, friendships were forged and lifelong memories were made. This, is KLK DNA.
