Long time no see! This is my final video for Italian Lower League 2021 against Luca Galli. I literally put together all the clips that I could find on my PC, some date back to 2020. The video is shorter than it should have been, no problem :)
I don't know when the next video will be, hope I can give you some of the motivation to keep training that I've been struggling to find for a long time.

Luca when I start training lowers, my kneecap starts popping whenever I extend my knee. Also I have an unstable kneecap. There is also pain around my kneecap. Should I rest or see an orthopedist?
