47:46 disturbed me as a Hispanic! How was the immigration policy like during the times of segregation, and how was the hispanic community treated in those days as well? Also, why would that segregated school hire non english speaking workers. Wouldn't there be a language barrier to have them employed as Spanish is absolutely not encouraged to be taught in that alternative racist present?

I still have fond memories watching this movie during my elementary school music class. Now I, as an adult, watch it every MLK Day. Such a powerful cartoon that not only talks about the life of MLK or the massive impact he had, but also what would've happened had he not done all those amazing actions. Happy 25th anniversary to this amazing movie. And Happy 95th birthday, Dr. King. We love you and thank you for all of your efforts to make this nation a freer place.
