I'm very surprised to read Megadeth fans hating this album. Is just because of Ice-T...?!! It sounds like early 90s era. It's also impressive that they continued to work on the album during Dave's illness.

23 minutes in, and I'm pretty disappointed. A lot of these songs sound like recycled riffs from the last 5 or so albums, and his lyrics have gotten worse.

Just came from seeing them live here in Colombia. Best concert I've ever attended, their sound is like a giant truck filled with rocks crashing into a wall. Teemu hits every single guitar phrase smoothly and beautifully, Dirk destroys the drums, james's bass sounds nasty AF, Dave shreds like never before and sings like a death metal vocalist. Simply awesome, can't wait to see them again.

Amazing that after almost 40 years of releasing albums Dave still has plenty of gas left in the tank to record an album like this🎸🎸🎸🥁🎤🎛💿📀
