How is it with the snake racks in same room as the rats?

It's 2024, how are those heat tape strips still maintaining temp? I have a smaller underrcount freezer that I am repurposing into an incubator and I had been thinking a similar setup, but I will be incubation bird eggs. Great video.

Best rack build I’ve found on CZcams. I’m currently using 2. Making the 3rd today and will continue to make more. These are very easy to use by yourself and I’m 5ft 4 and if I was taller it would be even easier. I use a step ladder for the top rack other than that it’s amazing!!! Great informative video.

What thermostat are you using?

So now the medium rats I bought are large and the girl has had 2 litters. Currently they are all together in a small cage and I’m about to make a rack. Im thinking one single rack should be enough?

Building a 68 inch tall 24x24 glass door cooler into a incubator. In all my small ones i use 12inch heat tape with ac infinity fan. Do you think in this partivular sized cooler the 12inch heat tape will work if ran down the back and bottom with the ac infinity 120mm or 140mm fan no problem?
