Man I would love to be able to experience the game like this but literally no one is playing on OCE servers at the moment due to the hacker problem and the lack of devs giving a shit about it. I'm glad to see other people actually enjoying the game and getting to experience some sort of action.
@@skully131 This was on official non test server, so there is anti cheat. Only the hordetest servers don’t have anti cheat so that’s why it’s bad there. Edit: I bounce back and forth between the test and live servers, never ran into hacker on live servers
@@LeBaked Funny you say that because at the moment I'm actually complaining about the current official non-test aus server and it has (at it's highest) 12-24 players, for maybe 2-3 hours before it just goes dead. main result is because of the hackers but it really doesn't help that all the aussies have just defaulted to moving over to the US servers instead because people are actually playing on there.
@@skully131 I think the issue there is just dead servers man. For as long as I have been playing the isle, those AUS and OCE servers have always been dead, hackers or not. How bad is your ping if you try and play on NA west servers?
@@LeBaked well no not really because I actually came back to evrima recently and the au server was getting filled to max slots almost every afternoon once everyone came home from work. It was not nearly as dead until the hackers came in. And honestly I think I might just have to bite the bullet and play on the NA servers. Also the reason the au servers looked empty to you is bc it was most likely in the early morning hours for us when you get on to play because of the time zone difference.

The bright green text over the MIDDLE of the screen in all caps ... bro. There is nowhere we can look BUT at the text. Totally takes me out of the video every. Single. Time. Your content is okay but there's not a chance to focus on what I'm supposed to be viewing if you force me to read your commentary. And the commentary that's written isn't really that important anyway. We can see a lot of the things you explain, so it's unnecessary as well as annoying
@@tarryncooper4742 yeah I haven’t put much text in my more recent videos, that’s an older one. Yes I found it too distracting as well, you should find the videos better now if you feel like watching more. I just put an intro and ending text most of the time now

@@conorscriv7149 this was my first time trying it, and I wanted to be as fast as possible in the swamp. After trying it though I would agree that it is not very effective and I would not take it again.

Ayo, I was the Deino you knocked out in the lake that was defending the youngin from that Cera, that was a blast. That was utter chaos when the whole pack came rushing in. You guys held your ground and had a great fight. We were hoping to snack on the Cera bodies after it was all over. I however wasn't blessed with the nutrients in the end that day. XD

Yes. Idk if theres hitbox hacks but he was definitely speed hacking once he grabbed you, deino has a really slow trot speed and that was a pretty fast trot speed.

How you think the fight would of gone is not the point, and yes I was going to fight him more. Already had done a lot of damage in our previous encounter, that’s why he was already beat up looking.
was he just as fast in the first encounter? most hackers are smart and will only activate hacks when they feel they are losing the fight
@@kushpaladin first encounter was totally normal, this was about 5 minutes after this first encounter and he came back out of the water

Why didnt those herrera hurt you when they landed on you..? The very first one missed and died but the second one landed right on you twice with no damage registration? Does mud affect their jump?

Does using a controller revert the controls? That teno fight was only bites and tail slams. It seemed like you couldn't turn on a dime either. You said it felt more natural and the movements did look very smooth.. just disabled in comparison
@@tarryncooper4742 yeah that’s pretty much it, I just felt nice moving around and felt smooth and natural, but combat was clunky feeling. I messed with my keybinds so much but as far as I can tell you can only kick while sprinting, and same with the bite. So on controller it was harder to control the alt attacks, that’s why u saw the basic bites and tail slams. No controller won’t reset anything or change your mouse and keyboard. I was running around and moving with controller then just switching to keyboard when I had to fight.
Why did you kill the other dibble?
Just felt like attacking everything to test mobility and damage. I got bugged out and died shortly after that. But for the record, for every 1 diablo I have killed, I have been killed 10 times by other diablos while growing also haha, it’s a game man just how it goes sometimes .

@@attiladallos7318 Having a hard time understanding your grammar/ spelling, but deinosuchus is an ambush predator. That literally is the play style, if I chase Dino’s around on land then I would starve to death so not sure what you expected from a deinosuchus video 🤨

Does Photosynthetic tissue increase your movement speed on land during the day only or both land and water?
@@Garian9 it says movement so I am assuming it means all movement, walking or swimming
if you turn off the automatic "alt-biting" in the settings, which I believe is located in controls but I could be wrong, you can save on a lot of stamina and finish off prey items you've let go of underwater. Normal bites don't cost stamina, bites that reorientate your character model do.
I should note that there's literally zero difference in damage between the two types of attacks, the only difference is that one costs 1/10 of your stamina while the other doesn't.
Yes you are totally right on that, and thank you for reminding me. I have them changed back now. Some dinos I do use the alt + primary attack as my LMB and forget to change my settings back

I am not entirely sure but you might need to turn manual alt bits on idk if you already have it on but not alt biting when chasing prey as it swims back to land is much better than alt bitting just to let you know 😊

if im wrong i can be corrected by im pretty sure deino naturally has wader, from what ive seen it can move full speed in all kinds of shallow water.

@@LeBaked I haven't played the stress test, but they definitely used to go full speed. As long as it's swimming instead of walking it goes full speed. Now walking in shallow water that's too shallow to swim in might be where the mutation actually does something.
