Il n’est pas sérieux de contester l’art du chant ou la beauté de la voix de la Netrebko mais on a entendu beaucoup mieux et même aujourd’hui Sandra Radvanosky lui est très supérieure par l’incarnation.

Bellissima interpretazione di Netrebko, ancora al suo massimo livello, e di D'arcangelo. Rebemolle straordinario: mi è piaciuto molto di più di quello della Sutherland del 1985 ( aveva però 59 anni).

Expressivement parlant, elle n'a pas d'égale parmi ses paires.

Did Jonas ever appear in a DVD of Manon (Massenet)? His Werther is spectacular. It would've been a lost opportunity if his stage appearances as Des Grieux weren't available.

Et bien contrairement à toutes les critiques que j'entends habituellement,je trouve Anna Netrebko très convaincante vocalement et pour l'interprétation de Bolena.Elle tient la ligne de chant particulièrement difficile de cet aria et le contre ré final est superbe .

Merci pour ce partage, c'est intéressant, même 13 ans plus tard :-)) et quelques petits mots d'elle suffisent à comprendre son "expansion" faramineuse en scène, comme "on à quelque chose à envoyer, on fait soi-même beaucoup plus grand" ou "poser une question au MONDE".

Sutherland sang this better with nore fire and emotion as xid Callas. This role was so unsuitable for Netrebko. So schreechy and her coloratura is sloppy

Magnifique , tres belle voix , juste bien posée , expressive .....seul regret orchestre en retrait et violon sol sans inspiration ( cf Szell Schwartzkopf)

Mit Jansons ging wirklich ein Musiker von Format! Es sind auch Dirigenten die Sänger formen und Hartaros ließ sich hörbar mitreißen!

EINE TOLLE SÄNGERIN,SCHAUSPIELERIN MIT EINER WAHNSINNIGEN AUSSTRAHLUNG.VOR EVER,MARTHA MÖDL

Was ist mit dem Auftakt los? Er klingt, als ob das Orchester sich nicht einig wäre ob es spielen soll oder nicht. Das kennt man nicht von Jansons und seinem BR Sinfonieorchester. Und Frau Harteros ist keine begnadete Liedsängerin. Daß diese im Moment schmerzlich fehlt, macht den Einsatz von Harteros auch nicht besser. Doch lieber auf alte Aufnahmen mit den großen Liedsängern zurückgreifen.

Almost a religious experience, especially in those last lines, and the long orchestral coda opening a window to eternity? Harteros performs with such restraint and grace, nothing forced or artificial.

Too slow. What a glorious voice, and what incredible breath control is necessary, and she possesses it in spades. Special thanks to the violin soloist! Hats off! Made me cry.

Nach Schwarzkopf und Janowitz noch eine Sängerin, die sich unendlich tief in die Seele gräbt! Danke!

No offense, but ugh! This soprano has a small voice, and even trimming the orchestra down does not address the imbalance. It does, however, make the music less beautiful. Not competitive.

Wow! A performance really to be reckoned with (gorgeous violin solo too) - not a singer with whom I am totally familiar, but this is really good! (Lucia Popp still my favourite, but who could match her.)
