That was an awesome exercise (I did it twice) not sure if I got the right note of F correct I just tuned into the frequency, colour therapy is a great healing tool. I placed my hands on my heart I’ve used it alot over the years my feeling was ‘freedom’ and then at the end I got ‘inner freedom’ brilliant work - Thank you Lesley
