You have to get it just right. The particular app to uninstall is very important. I will make a tutorial on mtk when I get my hands on one. It even works on Google Pixel, Samsung and many more devices when you get the exact app to uninstall.

If you can turn on adb, reset phone via settings, set it up and use app control to uninstall device setup and disable/uninstall play services before connecting to internet. Then install apkpure app store via apk file. Look for way to get adb debugging enabled online. If you cannot turn on usb debugging, reset phone via settings, set it up, don't connect internet. Install drony apk or netpatch firewall apk from file. Close Wi-Fi and cellular data access for device setup and play services. Activate drony/netpatch vpn to always on.
