3 of my characters just glitched down from the moving platform and fell all the way down. Now I have karlach stuck in the wall, close to dying.
You can probably just select her after ungrouping her from party and either use a waypoint or go to camp. That SHOULD probably fix it, might wanna save beforehand in case it doesn't :P

the teleporter noise , item drops , closet door. it could be any of those
Im pretty sure it wasnt the teleporter or closer door but item drops im not 100% sure

I didnt think they could? If they can then that would explain so many scenarios where I thought I was quiet but ended up like that :o
i got in the habit of always closing the door behind me before dropping items and checking cams.
