I think the guy I'm talking about had a package deal, cuz he was on every single bus station bench in town.. but I also think it's cheaper now, because most ppl market on social media. So they have to give cheaper prices because more ppl are spending their marketing dollars online & not as much on billboards & bus stops🤷🏾

No. I respectfully disagree. Yes, surgeons & barbers do work on people. However, surgeons aren't a part of the service industry. They're a part of the medical field. It's not even because of how much they get paid, but HOW they get paid that's the biggest reason they would rarely get tips. Also, it's because their 'services' are usually in the thousands of dollars for a surgery. Haircuts RARELY cost that much.. A lot of barbers do make WELL over 6 figures.. but again because we are a part of the service industry, is why it's not that uncommon for us to get tips. But, demanding or expecting tips is kinda silly.. But, with surgeons, they normally get paid thru our insurance. Often times, we don't get a bill for weeks after the surgery. && we pay monthly premiums for medical insurance regardless of if we end needing surgery.. But I appreciate your feedback

That's incorrect. If you're commissioned, you're an 'employee'. & the boss MUST guaranty you a minimum wage. Contact the state you work in to get the rules & laws of employment..
