Don't use SFO myself anymore because i always needed a compatibility patch for this or that, it should work though but the stats like HP for units could be higher or lower (why i stopped using it)

lot of the new units are simply reskins, but I wouldn't worry about them being OP, the base faction mechanic is still the same (weak)

The on lord I can think of that's strong is Volrik because he can upgrade marauders into chaos warriors of tzeentch like WoC can, in the raiding camp stance with money and replenishment

no thanks, i don't want norsca into Warriors of Chaos, it's already bad enough that the champions of chaos got placed in WoC instead of their monogod factions

Only a few specific lords like Ostland ogre units, but you can download the mods for free

If you are asking if the game runs with all of them then yes As long as two mods dont modify the same starting position it's fine and even then usually the mod loaded first just overwrite the one underneath. If you are asking in terms of balance then probably not, usually these mods try to balance it around vanilla which should make them around the same power level but there are definitely exceptions
