At 3:45 the IP Phones wouldn't count towards the question because there are two connections leading to them or am I wrong? If we count them we have a total of 17 endpoint devices, but if not we have only 15. Maybe I'm being dumb, but I want to know if I am doing something wrong or missing something.

I appreciate all of the obvious time and effort you put into this course. There's a lot of great information. Might I suggest that in the future either chop down the information in the slides to smaller chunks or just read them line by line. It's difficult to try and read all of the information on the slide while you're providing commentary that doesn't necessarily line up with what's being read. If that makes sense. For me, I had to pause the video multiple times to read the slide and then listen to what you're talking about.

Wait a minute. At the minute 18.47, when we talk about permissions. As far as I understand, for owner we only need 3 characters: R for read, W for write and X for execute but in this case I see a fourth character which is an R. What is that for? Does that have to do with something setuid or setgid or Sticky bit?

At timestamp 6:25 you should have been able to access the log folder with the command "cd log." You typed "cd /log" but you were already in the current folder and didn't need to add the "/"(forward slash).
