@@SupaGemayes. You got lucky that you could pick them up. When a survivor lags a lot you can't pick him up or hook him. That's because the lagging survivor on his screen is seeing a thing since... he's lagging. While on your screen everything is perfectly fine. What happened here was that the server had to understand what was going on since it was receiving 2 different inputs. The survivor on his screen saw himself working on the gen while you saw him downed. The server had to decide what was going on and, once you kicked the gen, the server updated everyone's position, that's why the survivor appeared as downed to you once you finish kicking the gen. As for hooking him, it's the same situation. The lagging survivor might have seen on his screen that you were either still bring him to a hook or that he was downed. That's why you couldn't hook him. The server had to understand what was going on.
