Can someone please tell me if a 2007 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo has a inside air filter or not I even googled it some of them I see are like this one then there is another one they show that goes inside but I can't find it I took the glove box down not there.

Great video, simple & easy! Heads up everyone. When u take off the 1st plastic panel after removing those screws on the right & the 1 under the radio. When u pull it out, there's a clip on the bottom left of that panel, you may have to manually press on it to fully release, otherwise you'll rip it apart.

There’s a grey foam panel above the filter, visible in this video. It’s covered in dirt and dust. Does this need to be cleaned or replaced as well? I can’t pull it out so I’m guessing it isn’t intended to be removed. Anyone know?

My 2006 325i uses 6 8MM screws to secure the cabin filter, not 5MM as described in this video. Otherwise, all else is the same.

The video cannot be a volvo xc70 2010 model . My 2010 xc70 cabin air filter is set up completely different,, the connector box in mine is not located there additionally the filter box is mounted higher in the dash area. It would be nice for once instructional videos would be consistent.

No screws on a '18 either. Curious!

Liked the video, but not how unnecessarily complex Ford engineers made this cabin air filter replacement. In comparison, I just did my wife's 2023 Toyota Rav4 cabin air filter and it took 3 minutes. For the first time changing it. Zero tools, probably take 2 minutes next year. C'mon Ford, do better!

Did my Yaris iA today, saw how gross it was so I got one for my wifes 2015 Rogue. What a nightmare compared to the Yaris, cartrige right beyond the glove box. Versus lay on your back/shoulder and scrunch this bs filter in while you're upside-down.

I had to pull mine downwards instead of push upwards -- when you try to put it "back in" where it'll click going "upwards", the entire 90% of the top side above the clip isn't sealed over the filter reservoir thing, so when I start from the top and go down and hear a click it's actually sealed, which results in me having to pull downwards, which is a lot harder but it actually seals. I have no idea which way is correct, but I assume the filter being sealed way is best.
