On the videos they show everything but dont show how they get the clutch revoved
Do you have a shop? If so. How can I get in contact with you? I have a hino with heavy condensation inside crankcase.

@@easternlandclearing10 I did and it’s the same thing, even changed the air compressor. Loosing coolant as well. A whole gallon every 500miles. Temperature needle goes up when going up a hill. But it’s driving normal.
@@72Republic yeah if you’re losing coolant, I would venture to say you have the head gasket issue like this truck did or you have a EGR cooler issue But, being that you have heavy condensation inside of your crank case, that could be where some of the coolant is going. In that case it would be a head gasket failure, or a crack in the head or block. Don’t know until it’s tore down and/or diagnosed

emilio bussi I do not know if the head can be shaved that would be a good question for a machine shop
No. The head on the J08 can not be machined. You would change the lash on the gear train and there is no adjustment for the gear train. So if the head is warped, replace it.

Diesel Projects Thanks man, currently got all the body panels, gas tank and the tail cover in my buddy’s shop and just did the primer on it hopefully I’ll have those panels back and done pretty soon where I can fire this up and start using it. Got a ton of welding to do on different farm equipment and heavy equipment
