What about that it's a public place, that's still disorderly conduct fighting, and everyone involved needs to be arrested. Even though that it's a public place, it is a court house and YOU WILL conduct yourself as such.
if the two families really did want to fight why not take it somewhere else like a park all the two families are doing is shouting at eachother to make a scene they dont want to throw blows
