@@ACAFan101 this one was on a pole 30' high. I doubt it will be fixed any time soon.

@@Golddoubloonsirens It really depends on who maintains the siren system. For example wausau had the same problem with one of their allertors and got it fixed in less than a week. They just needed to know that it was broken.

@@ACAFan101 I see. I haven't really explored the Calumet county siren system so I can't really tell whether or not they do a fine job maintaining them.

Yeah and there are some even higher pitched ones in Hawaii. Malone, WI had a very high pitched one but it got scrapped in 2015.

This was in a small town named Waukau west of Oshkosh. If you want to view this one, you need to go west on 20th avenue in Oshkosh, WI. The actual siren is on hwy 116.

It's all right. No one was hurt and nothing was broken.

Those were tornado sirens. They were just in alert mode.

That was when it just had the battery. Now it has a knobs to raise and lower the pitch.

@@Golddoubloonsirens I live in Pennsylvania. They had a few tbolts but most of them are gone or inactive. The only place I know of that’s closest that does hi-lo is Newberry. Which no, no it is sad as hell that’s it’s not in pissing distance:(
