He’s amazing for a man in his 80s! He recently canceled an appearance here in Vegas. I believe it was due to illness but not sure.

Didn't this guy sing the Weight on a TV show like the Voice or one of them cause it pissed me off bad when they didn't turn around cause he did a remarkable job on that song .

All the great singers from the past still have to work because they never made close to the money that they do now a days with a hit song. Still enjoy listening to Frankie Avalon singing Venus.
I doubt very much that is true with Frankie. Google his net worth, I did, $30 million. I’m sure he is still performing for the love of his music and his fans.
