Did i miss something? How did the alien get there if he was a prisoner? How did the Sargeant get to the medbay? Why was he Dishonorably Discharged?

This ....thing, as I can't call it a story in all good conscience, is a mess. So many contradictions that it sounds like someone took 3 stories, cut out 1/3rd of each and tossed them together. I realize it's AI, but the fact that who ever created this crap couldn't even be bothered to do a read through and make an attempt to make corrections has convinced me to never listen to another.

I keep wondering what will happen when one of the Beta Soy Bois goes up against something Forbidden Alpha Males would shrug off.

This story was a LOT better than the last one I listened to. No constant repetition and time wasting, the story moved on at a good pace and kept my attention. My only criticism is the relationship between Corvus and bobby broke suspension of disbelief. Bobby had just met Corvus and there wasn't enough time for them to develop their relation to friends..... Admiration yes, friendship no. I feel that was the only thing that spoiled the story.

Decent story plot but too many gaps in story line. As noted hand held device fired from inside the ship? Should have blown a hole in his ship prior to the beam hitting the alien ships, not to mention a hand held device even remotely having the power to do significant damage to a Dreadnaught size ship. How did Powell get from his ship which was about to be overrun, into the Emperor’s ship to battle him with the the others? I know it’s “sci-fi” at least make it believable and foremost coherent in the story line.

This is all kinds of no. Infiltrating their computer networks? They would have different processor and network architectures, they would not be using Microsoft Windows. This runs out of credibility rather quickly.

Ok, I got to the point that the Nigerians(?) attacked the command base and first, tungsten rounds bounced off the alien armor then, once they got into the command center, the rounds went through the armor like a hot knife through butter again. Sorry but WAY too many inconsistencies to continue reading it. It was bad enough that a Commanding General was at the First battle, any in any modern military would have been in a command bunker as far away as possible.
