lmao I have gorilla arms but I still only do 1 percent of damage per heavy hit. It takes 2 hits to kill me. I literally hit him 100 times without getting hit in order to beat that guy.... Your body is only 4 too, so I have no idea how the case is different for you lol
I haven’t put any points in body, but the fights later on are much harder than that guy. I waited until I was level 30 to do the rest of the fights, I guess your overall damages output just increases with level

The ring of fire just heavily increases weapon damage, and sense the ray gun is op, it can one hit pretty much anything until really high rounds
