Never once did they explain the most important step, the first step. They said vague things like "you have to have an idea and then put in the effort to implement it and show there is a market need for that idea" but that is NOT explaining how these young kids who have no practical experience, with a bunch of debt out of college, while they pay for bills to live there, are getting the money that they use to build up the small bit of infrastructure and paying to test the product in the market place via ads to get validation it will meet the criteria, to then pitch and raise capital for hiring and other expenses. I know these are tech companies so there isnt a tangible product they need to build, which gets rid of logistics. However the tech service needs to be built online, so are these individuals just working to pay for bills and have some money to finance applications, and applicable business expenses while they are building up the infrastructure to show to VC's to get that capital to actually take it from hobby to legit business? Nobody talks about this, are they just rich and their parents are paying for all this while they take meditated risk until it works out? If they where doing the former they would certainly be bragging about how they boot strapped to success but rather, most just skip this part and move to the part that is 2 steps forward.

1.중요한것은 시장 고객이 무엇을 원하는지 찾고 그게맞는지 검증하는것 그게 95% 다양하게 시도 가설을 세우고 검증하고 고객의 피드백을 받고 계속 반복하고 pivot 하고(모든 분야에서!!!!)(수요가 있어야지) 너의 의견을 밀어붙이지 마라 그 시장에서 원하는것을 문제를 찾아라 해결하라 그러지 너의 의견을 조절해라(그시장에서 원하는것이 개성이면 내것을 밀어붙여도 될듯? ex)노래) 2. 그것을 찾았으면 이제 수익창출을 어찌할것인지 고민! 이것이 기본! 3. 스피치! 엘레베이터 스피치 짧은시간안에 매료 ,흥미 ,관심 끄는법을 알아야함!!!! 어차피 나중에 추가로 자세히 전문적으로 말할거니 2분동안에는 별로 필요없다 2분안에 관심끌지못하면 그전의 과정은 끝이다. 그리고 짧은시간에 간략히 내가 뭐하는 사람인지를 전해야한다 그래야 그사람이 흥미있고 없고가 결정되니 설득은 영화처럼 클라이막스 긴장이 모두 있어야한다 스토리텔링! 스타트업만들려고 아이디어 찾자다가 이런게 아니라 그냥 평소직장다니다 문제를 발견했는데 그걸 해결하고싶어서 이케 그들은 너의 목표에대한 논리적인 경로를 궁금해한다 왜 너 안에 뭐가 있는지 왜 너가 투자를 받아야할 유일한 사람인지 vc가 뭘 원하는지 4. 투자자가 원하는 기업 내 상상하는 것을 만들 수 있는 팀 비지니스 모델, 시장에서 좋은지 헌신하는 기업( 투자 받았으니 만들어가 아니라 바로 프로토타입으로 처음 고객 확보하고 진행상황이 어떻든 투자를 받기전에 기꺼이 만들겠다는 열정과 헌신!) 기업에 투자하기 전에 사람에게 투자하는거니 사람을 본다 5. 투자자와의 관계 내가 내 기업을 통제할 수 있어야 더 오래간다 투자자가 너무 제시하는 대로 만 하면 안된다 서로 믿는 편하게 조언해줄 수 있는 사이가 되어야 한다 투자자가 더 현명할때도있다 6. co-working! 31:15

Ahh nice to see how quickly the marketing idealism BS collapsed here into "would the customer pay for it when I put it in front of him". If that's your only goal then you can also justify selling drugs (pharma....).
