Those dually hubs on that Dana 60 front axle are a pretty hot commodity nowadays. Just had to order a couple, at over $200 each, to convert my single rear wheel D60 to duals. Plus no one makes new ones apparently. Yours is a Chevy axle so they're a little easier to get than my Ford hubs, but absolutely either sell them or hang onto em in case someone needs them.

At some point in time , when you use that trailer, you may need to pit a cotter pin in the castle nut. I wish I had the clearance in my garage for a lift. Nice place you have there.

I enjoy your work.. A possible feature would be a timer running while you work. With the cuts, edits, and time lapse we cant tell how long a project really takes.

I think this would be a great "mid range" wheeling vehicle. 2in lift with some decent parts, 33 in KO2s or KO3s if they are out at the time.

You could have put wheels on the table and used the hoist to lift the axles. Then rolled the table away from the hoist.

Lovin’ Bridger’s safety sliders, I have a similar pair of safety Crocs for the workshop. Don’t worry, I always put them in sports mode for going up ladders.

Another idea weld a nut to your little sissor jack and use and impact to adjust instead of a wrench

I'm not sure how heavy your fab table is but I think one of those harbor freight pivoting truck bed hoists mounted to one of the corners of your fab table would be very handy and make it do its removable and mountable to all corners just a thought would make getting heavy materials up on your table far easier and keep the cheap creepers around for trans carts and parts movers use your engine crane to put on the cart then roll it to your fab table and use the table crane to put what ever onbthe table

Tom, consider building yourself an overhead crane/hoist on a track system if it would be relatively feasible in your shop. You know if you have it you will use it, and in conjunction with your floor lift, you could do a LOT of things more easily like Paul and the Fab Rats crew do all the time with theirs.

Hey Tom, you're an engineer and fabricator extraordinaire...how long would it take you to fab up a comfortable to hold onto, tow by hand, drop adaptor that would allow you to haul things on your cart/wagon with the bed of it LEVEL so the human towing it would NOT have to lean down or hold the tongue up high? Surely a steel, fairly lightweight, L-shaped piece could be made that would fit into or onto the tongue of that thing allowing more weight/volume of stuff to be hauled and done a lot more easily. ;)

Just a thought but wouldn’t it be beneficial to flip the calipers and mounting brackets from one side to the other so they can be on the front of the axle and depending on your wheels they’d be protected inside the wheel from all the debris that the front wheels will kick up. I thought about this recently when my brother came over because his Wilderness edition Subaru Forester was screeching because a little pebble got in there somehow when the went down a dirt road to go hiking.
