How do you fail to see that you were in the trucks BLIND SPOT !!! Truck driver couldn't see you in his mirror after the first truck went past him !! He was trying to get back into the right lane !! He was signaling but you didn't see it because you were talking and perhaps looking at your passenger. The trucker did nothing wrong here , perhaps you need to take defensive driver course to know how to drive and learn driving etiquette

Had nothing to do with passing on the right… ex trucker… Benz driver was driving like a typical Benz/BMW driver, way over the speed limit and way too many lane changes because of the excessive speed and driving in two lanes several times, truckers are always monitoring the mirrors so we see that crap coming up on us and he gave you the shove off LOL as soon as the other car was clear. That was purely intentional

Trucker was obviously trying to pass. POV car was being impatient. Passing lane is for all vehicles, not just the vehicles that want to go faster than the trucker. How exactly are people blaming the truck here?

I haul petroleum and use the left lane when I deem it the safest position while passing ramps or disabled vehicles, and sometimes in construction zones. I do get the occasional triggered driver signaling me that I am number one, but I am not offended.

Too bad the Mercedes driver didn’t slam on the brakes like his passenger suggested because the trucker would’ve posted a video titled “This is why you don’t brake check semi-trucks”. 😂

Comments are great, really shows people really need to learn traffic laws and maybe shouldnt be driving themeselves. Yes the left lane is a passing lane, but only while going the speed limit because you are allowed to go slower than the speed limit in the right lane(s). There is no such thing as a "Fast lane." But yes the truck is 100% wrong in this video. Having driven trucks there is no way that trucker didnt see him or couldnt have seen him. Unless his mirrors were not adjusted correctly.

I 100% respect big rigs, but I have a question. Say I’m on 81 heading towards Winchester Virginia in my pickup, I’m running 70 mph, a truck has nearly passed me, we hit a hill and my F150 continues at 70 and the big rig slows down and I continue in my lane, is that considered a right lane pass? Does that upset truck drivers.

Nope, that's why you don't try to pass a truck till the person currently trying to pass it has finished.

Never begin the pass..i.e. don't put your car into the zone where you will get jacked if truck enters your lane...until you are free and clear in FRONT of the truck in your lane...if you wanna chill out and have dinner, maybe invite some friends over for a game of cards while in the damn trucks blind spot, of course you are gonna get jacked.
