I felt like a meth head trying to dismantle the old fob,finally it seperated,swap circuit board,and to punch out the roll pin to utilize my old key blank,install battery works great,thanks for the info.

The light immediately comes on on the new remote and it never works. I even took the cover off and pressed the buttons together but still there is no pause before the light comes on.

If yours does NOT have a screw you can just turn the metal piece counterclockwise and seat it.

It discuss me to know there is not one video for the garage door opener ( SUPER LIFT SDO-5 DC ) after reading the manual and spending an hour trying to program the remote !! Unlike Merlin and others are so user friendly . SUPER LIFT SHOULD INVEST IN MAKING A SIMPLE VIDEO ON HOW TO PROGRAM THERE REMOTE!!! IF I NEW THIS I WOULD HAVE GONE WITH ANOTHER BRAND THAT IS USER FRIENDLY !!🤔😐

I just bought a 2022 Toyota with that type of key. It doesn't have a screw. How do I open it? It won't spring out all the way. 💁🏼‍♀️

Brilliant, worked great. My door actuator was installed the other way so the open and closed limits were backwards, but the same procedure applied.

Like most of the otherf viewers, my keyfob has to be forced open NO CHANCE of going back once you start!! Also, turn the sound down and slow the playback speed so you can see what's going on. Despite appearances, there is no sleight of hand!

Thanks for video. I was able to take front cover off only as shown and then use a small screwdriver to pull the battery out and replace. Saved trading the other 4 screws out and replacing.
